How to use
Mix 5 grams (2 level teaspoons) of Captain Calm Powder Drink 125g or 4 grams (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) of Captain Calm Powder Drink 200g into 100 mL of full cream milk for the added benefits of tryptophan. For a dairy free option add to plant-based milk and enjoy hot or cold. Alternatively, add to baking, smoothies, yoghurt, porridge or ice cream.
