A delicate cinnamon chai with light flavours of ginger, cloves, cardamom and black pepper. It is said drinking chai tea may help to boost heart health, reduce blood sugar levels and aids in digestion and help in weight loss.
To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-5 minutes.
Blend Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon, Organic Ginger, Organic Cardamom Seeds, Organic Cloves, Organic Black Pepper Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
