It has a high smoke point of 215°C, making it perfect for all sorts of cooking, dressings and desserts as well as being highly moisturising and beneficial for skin care, hair care and massage. Can be added to many homemade beauty products. Cold pressed means that the oil is pressed without any heat thus retaining more nutritional value.
