Our honey comes from the Blue Mountains National Park in New South Wales, Australia, about an hour out of Sydney. Yellow box flavoured honey with added honeycomb which is a great addition to cheese platters or porridge.
Raw honey is not heated or treated in any way, retaining all its natural vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.
Our apiarist is in conversion to organic certification and this honey is 100% chemical and pesticide-free. Raw honey may crystallise, place the jar in warm water to soften.
