Our honey is harvested from hives located in the Blue Mountains National Park in New South Wales, Australia, just an hour outside of Sydney. These hives are free from pesticides and artificial chemicals, ensuring that the honey is entirely natural and untreated. This process retains all the naturally occurring enzymes, vitamins, and minerals.
Bloodwood is our richest honey, with a slight floral note and molasses-like flavour. Raw honey is not heated or treated in any way, retaining all its natural vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.
Our apiarist is in conversion to organic certification and this honey is 100% chemical and pesticide-free. Raw honey may crystallise, place the jar in warm water to soften.
