Product Description
Chamomile tea is known to calm your senses and help sleep. It is an antiseptic and antibacterial. It is said to benefit the symptoms of acne and can be placed on wounds to assist in healing.
To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-4 minutes.
Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
