Fill bath tub with warm water, add 2 heaped cups (or 32 tbsp or 450G), let dissolve for 1-2mins before enjoying.

Ingredients : Australian Pacific Sea Salt, Magnesium Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, Green Jasmine Tea, Organic Turmeric, Tasmanian Kelp, Cinnamon Essential Oil
