Butterfly-pea flower is well known for its strong blue pigment. It is said to reduce stress, aid sleep, enhance memory and improve skin and hair due to high levels of bioflavonoids. Also helps to stimulates collagen production which further improves the appearance of our skin. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-4 minutes.
