Our Pemuteran – Bali Artisan Salt is made from evaporating the pristine seawater of North Bali. The key of our quality lies in the double filtering of the sea water as well as the sun-drying evaporation process that is done on a large tabletop inside a solar house. This technique allows us to ensure purity of the salt, minimizing any contaminants (sand, soil, micro plastics).
