Thai Green Curry originates in central Thailand. The consistency of its sauce varies with the amount of coconut milk used. Our blend is based on the traditional recipe and makes this classic favourite in minutes. It pairs well with chicken, seafood, vegetables and tofu, as well as beef and lamb.

DIRECTIONSHeat large pan to medium heat with oil and 300ml water. Add raw diced chicken and bring to a simmer with the lid on until chicken is cooked through (2-3minutes). Add in your green beans once water is simmering. Next add the gourmet spice blend and stir well. Turn down heat to low, add the coconut milk, sir well and simmer gently until sauce thickens and develops. Serve with sticky or brown rice.
