Oolong is a traditional tea made by semi oxidizing the leaves giving it a flavour that is between green and black tea.
It is rich in antioxidants, boosts metabolism, and helps to reduce high blood sugar.To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (76C-82C) for 3-5 minutes.Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.Ingredients: Organic Qilan Oolong Tea
