Vanilla Cashew Cream

Ingredients

2/3 cup Activated Cashews
1/4 Vanilla Pod
1-2 Dates
1 1/4 cup filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in your food processor on high speed for 3-4 mins until smooth.
  2. Add the skin of the vanilla bean too if wanted but if you don’t have a powerful food processor then just scrape out the seeds only.
  3. Store in fridge for up to one week.
