Tahini Avocado Dressing

1/2 Avocado

1/4 cup Tahini

1/4 cup Water

The juice of 1 Lemon

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 tsp Tamari

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 clove Garlic

Blend everything until smooth, adding more water and seasoning if needed. Serve with any salad.
