Reishi & Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Water
2 1/2 tbsp Black Chia Seeds
1/2 Vanilla Pod Seeds
1 tsp Maple Syrup/Honey
1 tsp of Scoop's Reishi Latte Blend or Reishi Powder
Fresh Fruit, Nuts, or Granola to top
1/2 cup Water
2 1/2 tbsp Black Chia Seeds
1/2 Vanilla Pod Seeds
1 tsp Maple Syrup/Honey
1 tsp of Scoop's Reishi Latte Blend or Reishi Powder
Fresh Fruit, Nuts, or Granola to top
Instructions
- Simply whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pop in fridge and return to whisk it again after approx 15 mins, then leave to set overnight.
- In the morning add to your bowls with fresh strawberries, toasted coconut and chopped nuts or anything you like.
