Reishi & Cacao Prebiotic Smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
3 ice cubes
1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp tigernut flour
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp reishi powder or scoop's reishi latte blend
1-2 medjool dates
3 ice cubes

Instructions
Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth. Top with anything you like.
