Powdered Sugar (Refined Sugar Free)
Ingredients
1 cup Maple Sugar (or your favourite such as Coconut or Rapadura)
2 tbsp Organic Tapioca Flour
Instructions
- Add to a food processor and blend slowly before turning up the speed as high as you can, blending for approx 1 minute.
- Place a tea towel over the lid to contain the fine powder that may escape.
- Wait a minute for the powder to settle before opening the lid. Repeat if necessary. Store in an airtight container.
