Pancake Tacos
Ingredients
For the pancakes
1 ripe Banana
1 cup Milk of choice
2 cups Rolled Oats
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 ripe Banana

For the filling
Coconut Yoghurt
Fresh Berries
Melted Chocolate
Instructions
- Blend pancake ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Oil a pan with coconut oil and heat to medium.
- Spoon the mixture into the pan and cook on both sides until golden (wait for bubbles to appear before flipping first time).
- To assemble the tacos spoon in yoghurt, add cut up berries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
