Moon Milk

Ingredients

2 heaped tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
1 tsp Ashwagandha
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamom
1/4 tsp Clove and Nutmeg
500ml Milk of choice
1-2 tsp Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Vanilla Paste

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Prepare a saucepan over low heat and add milk with 1 heaped tablespoon of the ashwagandha mix.
  3. Whisk over low heat to combine.
  4. Add maple syrup and vanilla paste. Pour into a mug, top with optional lavender and rose petals. Enjoy before bed to help you unwind!
