Iron and Calcium Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup Silverbeet or Spinach
1 cup Kale
1/2 cup Pineapple (contains magnesium & folate)
Handful of Mint Leaves
2-3 tbsp Tigernut Flour (also a great prebiotic fibre for gut health)
1/2 cup fresh Grapefruit or Orange Juice
6 Strawberries or 1 Kiwi
1 tbsp Chia
1 tbsp Flax
1 1/2 tsp Spirulina
1-2 cups Water for desired consistency
3 ice cubes

Instructions

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
