Gobi Matar Masala

Ingredients

1.5lb/700gm Cauliflower and Peas
2 teaspoons Organic Tikka Masala Paste
1.5 cup Tinned Tomatoes
0.5 cup Thickened Cream or Coconut Cream
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Cilantro or Sliced Chilies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin with browning cauliflower and peas in some vegetable oil on medium to high heat.
  2. Add Organic Tikka Masala Paste, tinned tomatoes, and cream and stir to combine.
  3. Simmer on low heat till cooked (approximately 10 minutes).
  4. Garnish with cilantro and/or sliced chilies and serve hot with steamed rice.
