Gobi Matar Masala
Ingredients
1.5lb/700gm Cauliflower and Peas
2 teaspoons Organic Tikka Masala Paste
1.5 cup Tinned Tomatoes
0.5 cup Thickened Cream or Coconut Cream
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Cilantro or Sliced Chilies for garnish
Instructions
- Begin with browning cauliflower and peas in some vegetable oil on medium to high heat.
- Add Organic Tikka Masala Paste, tinned tomatoes, and cream and stir to combine.
- Simmer on low heat till cooked (approximately 10 minutes).
- Garnish with cilantro and/or sliced chilies and serve hot with steamed rice.
