Crispy Green Lentils

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked Green Lentils
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Olive Oil to cook
Instructions
- Cover your green lentils in water and soak overnight.
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Drain the lentils and combine with your spices.
- Generously drizzle with olive oil and spread out on a lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
- Enjoy as a snack on its own or in salads.
