Ingredients

1 cup uncooked Green Lentils
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Olive Oil to cook

Instructions

  1. Cover your green lentils in water and soak overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  3. Drain the lentils and combine with your spices.
  4. Generously drizzle with olive oil and spread out on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
  6. Enjoy as a snack on its own or in salads.
