Chickpea Pancake
Ingredients
1 cup Besan Flour (Chickpea Flour)
1 cup Water
Instructions
- To make the pancake simply whisk together the flour and water and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hrs.
- Then gently remove the foam off the top and give a good stir.
- Heat a drizzle of oil of your choice in pan on high heat, add as much batter as you like to whatever thickness you prefer and rotate pan for even coverage.
- Flip when golden. Serve with your favourite toppings like salad, nuts, seeds, eggs, and hummus.
