A robust sauce of simmered, ripe Italian tomatoes and plump olives. Made by a small artisan producer in Puglia, Southern Italy.

DETAILS

Stir through hot linguine, fusilli or make a simple puttanesca sauce by stirring in a spoonful of capers and anchovies, it is also delicious with steak, fish or chicken.

STORAGE ADVICE Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated, use within 5 days.

PACKAGING 35% of the glass in this jar is already recycled, and both the jar and lid are 100% recyclable.

Tomato pulp (80%), tomato pure?e (7%), olives (4%), onions, green peppers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt*, parsley. *Non-organic.
