Floral, tart citrus notes of Blood Orange meet the earthy fragrant aroma and flavour of Saffron in this excellent Marmalade, canned by the salty sea dogs at Drunken Sailor in Dulwich Hill, Sydney. Refreshing yet slightly bitter from the Blood Orange peel, this Marmalade makes for an excellent breakfast or snack, slathered on lightly toasted sourdough.
Best enjoyed on lightly toasted sourdough bread.
