Our delicious Golden Turmeric Elixir is made with only the highest quality organic spices, including turmeric that contains the highest amount of curcumin (5%). Not only does our elixir taste amazing, but it has an abundance of health benefits… Where do we even begin? It contains anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidants and superfoods. The healing power of turmeric is further released into the body when it is paired with black pepper and a source of fat (which comes from the milk it is paired with). We have included raw maca in our elixir to further increase its health benefits. Amongst many other things, maca is known for its positive effect on mood and energy levels, hormone balancing and boosting skin, hair and nail health. This product is caffeine free and can be consumed any time of the day. Enjoy as a hot or cold latte or add to smoothies, pancakes & baked goods.
Instructions
- Add 1 - 1 1/2 tsp Golden Turmeric Elixir to your mug with a splash of hot water and mix into a loose paste.
- Add 1 cup hot or cold milk of your choice and mix well. Alternatively to avoid any sediment, heat 1 cup milk, remove from stove and odd 1 1/2 tsp of elixir. Whisk well before pouring through a tea strainer into your mug.
