Overview
Crisp and tropical, medium-bodied. Passionfruit, pineapple, and lemon.
Palate: White peach and citrus peel with notes of vanilla and jasmine blossom. Dry and medium-bodied with a slight grippy and textured finish.
Nose: Green apple, lemon curd, and tropical flavours of passionfruit, papaya, pineapple, and mango.
Food Pairing: Barbecued pumpkin with herb and citrus salad or Barbecued Coorong mullet
